RespectinSport is an on line  proactive Risk Management Abuse & Prevention Program designed to create a "culture of respect" while reducing liability . It educates participants by

  • Teaching signs of maltreatment ; providing tools to deal with issues that arise
  • Outlining legal responsibilities to report
  • Reminding all that working with children is a very satisfying role   and that respect should be the underlying theme behind everything
